Field Work For Occupational Therapist
===
[00:00:00] So I've had a few students ask about what to do or what to expect for their field work and what my recommendations are. Well, here are my recommendations. First of all, when you go into field work, you're there to learn as much as possible. So I would suspect your CI wants a student. That one gives a shit!
[00:00:23] So you have to pass and give a shit test. Right. And that's just like, I'm here to learn. , and then. You just have to do what they tell you to do, right? So every CI's a little different and you want to kind of blend in with what they're doing and you wanna learn how they're doing it, why they're doing it, what they're doing, and then just pick up as much as you can, follow what they want you to do, find out what their expectations are, and then you'll be able to do it and then you'll be able to pass.
[00:00:48] And hopefully along the way you learn that, that specific area. Might be right for you and you might wanna pursue, it in the future.
