[00:00:00] There's Misconceptions when it comes to confidence is that you think that, that you have to have confidence first before you take action, and actually you get the confidence. Once you take the action and the confidence comes not from the one action, but from the consistent action. And the consistent action comes from the thing that you said that you wanted to do, that you're actually taking small steps towards doing so you don't have to feel confident to start studying.
You don't have to feel. In to apply for that job. You don't have to feel confident, um, to actually treat whatever type of cases that you want to be treating, right? The confidence actually comes when you start doing the little steps and you start doing the little things that you say that you want to do, so you're essentially gaining confidence as you keep your word to yourself.
