I've been in therapy game for over 20 years, developed, hire and trained my own team as well as hundreds who have gone through my program. I'm seeing it. Number one, inpatient. There are ways to shortcut, but most are not willing to do everybody.

[00:00:17] Two, inpatient is gonna kill you. Number two, trying to skip the steps. You can acquire skills faster, but you can't skip the steps. Number three, surrounding yourself with the wrong people. Negative people will only help you see more negative things. Number four, taking the wrong jobs. You know what I'm talking about?

[00:00:35] Number five, staying in the wrong jobs way too long. Number six, being money hungry and not seeing the long term goals. Number seven, not continuing to learn. Number eight, thinking you need to know everything right now. Number nine, thinking you already know everything. Number 10, not having mentorship in the way that you need.
